TMO Bonus Event 2022

event period:

1st Sept – 31st Dec 2022

This bonus event is intended on rewarding longstanding, committed Traffic Management Officers (TMOs) of River Fort and also welcome new TMOs into our family. We also want to inject some fun and life into the TMO job for this period.

As such during the incentive period starting on 1st Sept 2022 to 31st Dec 2022, on top of the basic rate of $15/hr , TMOs who complete various number of assignments per calendar month will be entitled to a token incentive! Do note that assignment count will only start on 1st Sept. Night jobs for 31st Aug will not be counted

This event is organized by the HR Department of River Fort.

What’s This Event About?

For the event period, we will be calculating the number of traffic assignments you do in each of the months of September, October, November and December. The number of traffic assignments will be based on delivery order and attendance photo. The assignment count will be reset at the end of each month.

Based on the tier/assignment count you hit for each month, you will get an additional incentive payout on the 7th of the following month. You can find the incentive tier and payout amount below.

Incentive Tiers

*Job/assignment count will be done by River Fort HR Department at the start of each month. Disbursing of the incentive pay out will be done on 7th of the following month before 2359hrs. Do note that this may be subject to some delay.

Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations will not be counted.
• Job/assignment count will be reset at the end of each month.
• Incentive programme is only applicable to Singaporeans/ Singapore PR
• Job completion is subject to photo and proper delivery order. Improper or non-submission of delivery order will not be counted.
• Payment of incentive will be made on the 7th of the following month.
• Incentive is not applicable to HQ and managerial staff
• Decision of number of jobs/assignments taken for the month will be solely decided by River Fort Human Resource Department and is final.
• Month start is 1st and Month end is 30th/31st.
• Deployments are on a first come first serve basis.
• Incentive payout is nett.
• Each job assignment completed counts as 1 job but must be minimum 5hrs at one location.
• If night job on last day of month overflows to 1st day of following month. Job counted as previous month.
• Assignment count will only start on 1st Sept. Night jobs for 31st Aug will not be counted
• Assignment count will be calculated based on attendance photo and delivery orders.

We can disqualify you from the programme if…

• You are no show for the assignment
• You are found fighting with members of public

So what do you need to do to take part?

If you’re an existing TMO working with us, absolutely nothing! Simply turn up for your assignment and we will automatically do the tabulation at the end of each month during the event period.

For new joiners, kindly fill up the e-form (Click here) for us to get your details such as bank account etc. You can also head down to our office on weekday office hours to collect your basic equipment –

• Traffic Control Vest
• River Fort Cap
• Traffic Gloves ($10 due to hygiene purposes)

Do note that a valid PLRD security license and certification in WSQ – Conduct Crowd and Traffic Control (CCTC) is required to work as a TMO.
